Making fresh mozzarella is easy and a joy to make and to eat! If you’ve ever been lucky enough to taste fresh made, warm mozzarella you’ll know what we mean! This class includes hands-on cutting, cooking, stretching, balling and brining your own balls of fresh mozzarella. Curd is also available for purchase to make more at home - it’s that easy!

Cheesemaking classes are for ages 16 and up. Mozzarella classes are 2 hours on Saturdays 2-4 pm and includes your fresh made mozzarella to take home.

Students should wear clean clothing and clean shoes. Creamery apparel (lab coats, hairnets, shoe covers and gloves) will be provided.
