Butter me up with Croissants!

Come learn the secrets of making our flaky, buttery croissants! Taught by our head baker, Trinle Tsomo, you will be shown how to mix croissant dough and make those wonderful layers of flakiness through a process called “lamination”. You will also learn to shape and bake your very own croissants! You will leave class with a recipe, dough you made (a cooler is recommended for transporting it home), knowledge of how to hand laminate and shape croissant dough, AND last but not least, all the delicious croissants you will make!

Bakery classes are for ages 12 and up. Classes are 4 hours, from 10 am to 2 pm, and the cost is $120. For this class bringing a cooler to transport your dough home is recommended.

Please wear clean clothes that you wouldn’t mind getting a little flour on, and comfortable shoes for standing.
