Come learn to make our beloved baguette in your very own home! Taught by our head baker, Trinle Tsomo, this class will cover the basics of dough mixing, fermentation and how to shape and bake the perfect baguette. You will leave with a recipe, knowledge of how to make baguettes start to finish AND last but not least, your fresh baked baguettes!
Bakery classes are for ages 12 and up. Classes are 4 hours, from 10 am to 2 pm, and the cost is $100.
Please wear clean clothes that you wouldn’t mind getting a little flour on, and comfortable shoes for standing in.
